As a Certified Harrison Assessment Solutions Provider, I work with owners, managers and key executives to identify, attract, recruit and retain the right talent for the right job – improving key hiring and retention processes for small to mid-sized business. I save clients valuable time and help them make validated, precise decisions – without emotion and time pressure.

I’ve worked with owners to restructure departments and re-write job descriptions – creating more successful outcomes, reducing turnover and lowering hiring and retention costs.

Using Harrison’s 175 behavior traits & 6,500 job descriptions, I work with clients to craft “benchmark” job descriptions, interview questions and job traits essentials, that are unique to my client’s business. This results in far superior results versus non-custom web assessments.

I’ve used several different hiring assessment technologies over the last fifteen years in my previous businesses. Harrison Assessments is far superior when it comes to measuring an individual to a job. I help my clients find the right solutions – no matter how much time is needed.

I am cost effective – I have worked with companies who have less than ten employees and worked with companies who have several hundred. I provide assessment options that give my clients great outcomes that will fit their budgets and timelines, much of which can be achieved remotely.
